Get in touch with us with details of their requirements / allergies and we’ll see what we can do. Some SmileBoxes are Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan.  They will have GF, DF or V in the description.

No, deliveries are done Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

Unfortunately as we use a third party for delivery we can not guarantee a specific delivery date.  What we can do is put an “open on sticker” on the box with the specific date you would like it opened on.  This is an option on check out.

Contact us as soon as you can and if we get your email before we dispatch your order we can change the address.  If not you will have to arrange a redirection through your shipping/tracking details which are sent to you.

SmileBox HQ is open Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) 8am - 2pm.

The courier will leave the goods in a safe place if the recipient isn't home and only if they feel it is not compromised.  If the driver is unable to leave the package, a NZ post card will be left for the recipient to collect or rearrange delivery. 

Please remember gifts containing alcohol will need to be signed by the recipient and are never left.
