Founded in 2017, SmileBox began with a simple idea that gifting should feel
meaningful without needing to be expensive. We believe it’s the small,
thoughtful gestures that truly matter, and we’ve made it easy for people to
show they care in a genuine and memorable way.
At the heart of SmileBox are Creghan and Simon, whose shared passion for people and thoughtful gifting shapes everything we do.
With a strong focus on customer experience and a love for doing things a little differently, we pour care and intention into every box that leaves our hands.
What started as a simple concept has grown into something much bigger. Today, alongside our everyday gifting, we proudly partner with real estate professionals, businesses, and corporate teams across New Zealand - helping them create meaningful connections through settlement
gifts, client thank yous, and curated corporate gifting solutions.

Raise a Smile
With every SmileBox sent, a small portion of the proceeds goes into our Raise a Smile charitable fund.
This fund then gets donated throughout the year to various charitable causes & organisations around New Zealand.
