The recipient loved the box, but unlike usual when it’s often delivered overnight, it took a number of days to arrive.
This was a great way of showing someone you are thinking of them in a difficult time and to allow them to practice some self care.

Such a perfect gift to send especially when loved ones live far away. I have been sending smile boxes to family for birthdays etc for a few years now and they absolutely love them!
I have ordered a SmileBox before and accidentally put the delivery address as a previous address this time. As soon as I realised I contacted them, I got a prompt reply with the problem resolved and my SmileBox arrived on time. My mum loved it and I was so happy it arrived on time even after I had originally put the wrong address in.
