Every SmileBox includes free NZ-wide delivery, with same-day dispatch before 2pm weekdays, making it simple to surprise someone anywhere in New Zealand.
If any item in the box is unavailable, we’ll substitute it with a product of equal or greater value. Please note that we do not include receipts with our gifts.

- Age Restriction You and the recipient must be 18+ years to purchase a SmileBox containing alcohol. The courier driver will request ID upon delivery, if appropriate. If no one is at the address, a calling card will be left with collection instructions.
Delivery is via NZ post and typically takes 1-3 business days from dispatch. Keep in mind that rural delivery can take an extra 1-5 days. Dispatch is Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
Same day dispatch for orders received before 2pm Monday - Friday.
Tracking details are sent directly to your inbox once dispatched. Packages returned due to incorrect address details will be re-dispatched at the required shipping cost.
